Delete your Snapfront account
Deleting your account removes it for good, along with every store on it. It can't be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Snapfront and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

If you signed in to Snapfront with an email address, enter it below. We'll email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you.
What's deleted: your account, your stores, products, product photos, digital product files, AI photos and videos, marketing posts, discount codes, reviews on your stores, visit statistics and saved supplier connections. Your store's web address stops working.
What's kept: nothing on Snapfront's servers. Payments and payouts stay in your own Stripe account, which you manage at stripe.com, and plan purchases stay in your Google Play order history, as those companies require. Copies in server backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Didn't sign in with an email, or can't open the app? Email support@snapfront.app with your store's web address and we'll delete it within 7 days.
